Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, it's built for any celebration and any group size, from two people to a full villa of friends or family.

  • 3 nights. It gives enough time to actually celebrate properly, the cake and decoration on arrival, a private celebration dinner, and the Memory Session, without squeezing it all into one busy day.

  • We'll reschedule it to another day of your stay where we can, or substitute it with a different experience of equal value, so your celebration isn't missing a piece.

  • Package benefits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can't be exchanged for cash or other services. Any unused inclusions during your stay are forfeited, we're not able to offer compensation for something you skip. Cancellation, amendment and no-show terms follow our standard villa policy.

  • You can. Just know that whatever you skip doesn't convert into a discount, a refund, or a swap for something else, it's simply left out. If you'd rather have something different instead, it's worth asking us about adding it separately.

  • At least 24 hours before check-in. If you already know your dates, enquiring earlier gives us more room to confirm villa availability and line up the Memory Session photographer.
